Thought for the Week: It is important that we pray for our leaders and Chinese brothers and sisters in Christ who face persecution for His name. There is power in the prayers we make and this is why we pray without ceasing. In the Book of Acts, the prayers of the believers delivered the apostles from captivity many times. In this day and age, our prayers can still do the same.

Prayer: Dear God, I thank You for the power of prayer. I pray for every single leader, brother, and sister in Christ who face great tribulation for following you. I pray that they be strengthened in their suffering, Lord, and may they be set free from any captivity. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.
