Calling All Prayer Warriors

Normally when I go through my personal battles I don’t bother my readers I just pray within my circle, try to hold on to my faith, trust God and keep it moving. But the scripture says “And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up. And if he has committed sins, they shall be forgiven him. Confess your faults one to another, and pray one for another, that ye may be healed. The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much.” (John 5:15-16 KJV)

This morning when Bobbie’s nurse went to wake him up he was very listless and unresponsive. (For you who don’t know Bobbie is my husband who has special needs.) We called the EMT and I am just leaving the ER. The prognosis? They are thinking the medications are somehow in conflict with each other and he was diagnosed with shingles. The good news is, according to the doctor, the fact that we got him there within a 72-hour timeframe (concerning the shingles) gives him a better chance of a quick recovery if there are no more complications. We thank God for the physicians, but we know that God is the great physician, Jehovah Rophi–The Lord is my healer.

So I am asking all of those prayer warriors who read this post to please pray a prayer of faith for Bobbie and not just him, but all those who are in the same place he is in. We really need your prayers right now. Thank you so much and God bless you all.

  1. I am praying for you and with you c.f. Although we cannot touch physically, we can still touch spiritually, to pray together and agree that The Lord will bring your husband into a full recovery. We will use our spiritual weapons of warfare to defeat satan’s strategies. In Jesus’ Name!!🙏🏾

    • Thank you sooo much my friend. His name is Bobbie—I don’t know why his mother gave him a girl’s name. But thank you for all of your prayers they are sorely needed now. Many blessings to you and your family!

  3. Earnestly praying.
Frustrated in that i “Liked” this on the app on my phone last night, and then got here and it did not look like I had visited.
But anyway, I was praying last night through my “prayer walk” and remembered Bobbie.
    ❤️&🙏, c.a.
