As I sit here in the stillness
Of your sweet presence,
Lord, speak to me
Let me hear your gentle whisper
As I incline my ear to you
And lean into you more

As the stillness of this moment
Quiets my soul,
Lord, speak to me
Let me hear your heart, O God,
As I block out worldly clatter
And tune into you much more

In the stillness of your presence
And the quiet of my soul,
Your peace consumes me
And my ears are open to hear
And my heart is open to receive
What you want to convey

The beautiful expression of your heart
Is the fragrant aroma
Filling my life
So that I become the expression
Of your beauty, love & grace
Extended to others.
