“Behold, all those who were incensed against you
Shall be ashamed and disgraced;
They shall be as nothing,
And those who strive with you shall perish.
 You shall seek them and not find them—
Those who contended with you.
Those who war against you
Shall be as nothing,
As a nonexistent thing.
For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand,
Saying to you, ‘Fear not, I will help you.’ (Isaiah 41:11-13 NKJV)

  1. Having read the Bible from cover to cover many times in many translations, I am always amazed at how “new verses” pop out at me!
    This is one of those, and gives me pause to wonder if this may have been in C.S.Lewis’ mind when he wrote The Great Divorce?
    Those headed for hell are so tiny as to be invisible to the Redeemed, and even when they “visit” Heaven’s outer region are like ghostly apparitions, barely visible.
