Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. (Ephesians 6:10 NKJV)

Thought for the Week: The apostle concludes the part of this epistle with a very serious exhortation. We all must be ready to fight constantly, trusting in God’s spiritual weapons, until our enemies are completely put to flight. And he first warns us to take up the armor of God, for only with it and the power of the Lord’s might are our enemies vanquished.

Prayer: LORD, please give me strength in my weakness. Give me faith in my fear and give me power when I am powerless to face my enemies. If I ever lose hope please strengthen and replenish my soul. I am trusting in You with all that I have. In Jesus’ name. Amen.

The Lord bless you and keep you; The Lord make His face shine upon you, And be gracious to you;  The Lord lift up His countenance upon you, And give you peace.” (Numbers 6:24-26 NKJV)
