Sometimes in life, we find ourselves in very precarious situations, and no matter how hard we try—we just can’t seem to get ourselves out. Because many of our battles are spiritual ones that cannot be fought physically no matter how hard we try. When you get tired of fighting on your feet—start fighting on your knees and call on the Lord to fight your battle. For the Scripture says, “Whoever believes on Him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call upon Him. For “whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.” (Romans 10:11-13 NKJV)
Dear God,
There have been times when I have not called out to You when I should. Sometimes it feels so hard to wait and be patient, but I know I can trust Your promises. You hear my prayers and You know what I need. I will continue to seek You to receive Your answer. You know what I need and when I need it. O Lord, lead me in the direction you want me to go so that I may find You. In Jesus’ name, amen.
