Thought For The Week: Before our lights can shine before men, we must first possess a light. All of God’s children have the light of God’s truth planted deep within their souls, and they will not seek to hide that light due to cower or fear. There are others God has put in contact with us whom He may desire to see our light, and we have no right to hide it from them.
Prayer: O Lord, please give us the courage to live distinctively for Jesus amidst this dark. lost and dying world. In a world where truth seems “forever on the scaffold” and wrong “forever on the throne,” we know that your purposes are behind it all working it all out for the highest good, which is Your glory. In Jesus’ precious name. Amen.
