HEBREWS 13 IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Thought for the Week: We must strive to do good; not just when in the company of others, but even when we are alone. Some of the most challenging times come when we must make the right choices when we are alone. And “to do good” does not just refer to those we know, but even those we don’t know and without any self-serving motives. Selfishness is not a trait of a child of God. It takes so little effort on our part to share. The times you choose to share may be stored up for a future blessing when you really need one. And again, this is done without any other motive, except it is pleasing to God.

Prayer: God, be at work in me. Please transform my desires and my actions so they honor You. And please use me to fulfill Your purpose in the world. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
