Thought For The Week: Second to our obedience Paul reminds us to be submissive to the law. We can respect authority yet reject unjust human laws contrary to God. Yet we must pray for our government leaders and respect their positions while always putting God’s law first. Our obedience to God proves we want to be like Him as we become living examples of His mercy and justice.

Prayer: Dear God, we call upon Your Holy Spirit to convict us of our sinful natures. We desire that all sin be removed from our lives and align our plans to Yours. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
