Thought For The Week: Talk is easy. We can put words together to say anything. But backing up those words with our actions is not always easy. So we must be sure to use our words purposefully and weigh them carefully. Once a vow is spoken, it cannot be unsaid. For any promise that we freely make, we commit to deliver. Our integrity is very important.

Prayer: Father, Your promises never fail. You are faithful in all that You say and do. Please give me the wisdom to weigh my words carefully, so that my promises may be borne of sound discernment. And empower me by Your Spirit to persevere and carry out all that I commit to so that Your faithfulness may be revealed and Your name glorified in all that I do. In Jesus’ name, amen.
