To Habakkuk, the prophet… Then the Lord answered me and said: “Write the vision And make it plain on tablets, That he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.” (Habakkuk 2:2-3 NKJV)
God may have given you a vision and you are working diligently but it doesn’t seem to be coming to fruition as you would like. Just remember Habakkuk and never cease to pray…
Dear Heavenly Father, I thank You for the vision that You’ve given me that is yet again calling me to another level of purpose, effectiveness, and success in You. Lord, help me to remain grounded in the fact that the reason for my vision and You working through me to accomplish it is so that the world will see You and come into a relationship with You according to Psalm 67:7. You are blessing everything associated with my vision as I follow You. Please make it plain and help me to walk in clarity about every next step. Let me trust You more deeply God and open my heart to the depths of love You have for the people my vision touches. Let it impact who You desire as I receive the desires You are placing in my heart. Allow me to see You for who You are, a Great God, my Father, who loves me so. A Father who is my vision to bless me and others tremendously in life-changing ways. Let me see as You see and thank You for this blessing in Jesus’ name, amen.
