Thought For The Week: We have many daily challenges that cause us to fret and worry. Financial burdens, physical health, and other personal issues cause us anxiety and even fear. But Jesus reassures his disciples that they do not have to worry about where they will rest or what clothes they will wear because God will be present to provide for them as needed. We can apply this same scripture to our concerns as well. God is ever-present and ever-ready to provide for us physically and spiritually. Even when things around us appear not to be okay. His very presence alone grants us peace to make it through each life’s trial.

Prayer: Dear Lord, we love You and adore You. We are so grateful for Your presence in our lives and Your peace that passes all understanding to keep our hearts and our minds through Christ Jesus. This peace that You mercifully bestow upon us. In Jesus’ name, amen.
