Saturday morning while working on the website posts for today I started reading some of my old posts from 3 and 4 years ago. And I suppose my question was “Has what you’re doing improved?” Yep, that is a trick question. Has this writing in some small way helped improve the readers’ lives that come back week in and week out? Has my writing improved to be more effective and accomplish what we said this ministry was about in the beginning? “This website is our mandate to connect people, in perplexing real-life issues; to an ever-present real and living God who is aware of these “real-life issues.” Who genuinely cares to bring you through, these issues; victoriously—while increasing your faith. Moreover, giving you a heart of determination and courage to cross the finish line to your true destiny.”

In all honesty, those nights or mornings I hoped and prayed that these posts weren’t missing the target or should I say missing the true purpose for what they were designed. The blessing was that God would always give me something to say. As I am writing this it dawned on me that it wasn’t for popularity that I am faithful to these writings but faithful to the mandate with the hope that somehow through God’s hand people are actually blessed and finding their way back if they feel lost or confused. Why are all of you doing this?
At the end of the day, it is only what we’ve done for Christ that will stand. Since I’ve started out on this journey I’ve lost loved ones, friends, and fellow bloggers. But something deep inside helps me to continue on. We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. (Philippians 4:13 NKJV) I thank God for his grace and mercy. To my fellow bloggers, don’t stop stay in this race. Is it worth it? I can give you an emphatic yes!
It is in the unseen that our Father truly works…
And if someone reading this is contemplating throwing in the towel. Don’t do it! You may get discouraged by the lack of likes or comments but remember Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. (Hebrews 11:1 NKJV) It is in the unseen that our Father truly works so don’t count yourself out just yet!
As you get back to your keyboards—Is it worth it to you? Well if it is start pecking for a reckoning! Thank you so much for your continued readership and support. Until next week…Blessings and Peace!
