Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up those affected by the devastating floods in Texas. We pray for their safety and protection, asking that you guide them to safety and provide for their needs during this difficult time. We ask for strength and comfort for those who have lost loved ones or homes, and for healing for those who are injured or ill. 

We pray for the first responders, volunteers, and all those working to provide aid and support. Grant them strength, wisdom, and courage as they carry out their duties. We also pray for the restoration of communities and the region, asking for your guidance and provision as they begin the process of rebuilding. 

We hold onto the promise of Psalm 23:4, that even in the darkest valley, Your presence will comfort us. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard the hearts and minds of all those affected by this tragedy. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.”
