*Sunday’s Devotion

The young lions lack and suffer hunger; But those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing. (Psalm 34:10 NKJV)

PSALM 34 IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Thought For The Week: This verse draws a powerful contrast between strength and dependence. Even the young lions—symbols of power and self-sufficiency—sometimes go hungry. Yet, those who seek the Lord are promised provision and abundance. It is a reminder that true security and fulfillment are not found in our own abilities, but in trusting and pursuing God. While life may bring challenges and moments of scarcity, faith assures us that our deepest needs will be met when we look to Him.

Prayer: Gracious God, we come before You recognizing our own limits and weaknesses. We confess that at times we rely on our own strength, only to find ourselves empty and in need. Teach us to seek You above all else, knowing that You alone are our true provider. When we face seasons of scarcity or uncertainty, remind us of Your faithfulness and love. Fill us with trust in Your promises, and help us to rest in the assurance that, as we seek You, You will supply all that we need. Thank You for Your constant presence and care. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
