Inside the leaves of a great magnolia tree
Hides a carefree wren for some to see
Who softly plays upon each tiny limb
As no one can see or observe him…
From the back side of this tree, he plays
Amidst the sun’s bright rays…
He flitters within this giant tree
So innocent, happy, and free
Not a care or worry in sight
Just playing and taking flight
And in this play, he tells a story…
About the care of God in all His glory.
The joy of being in His care
No matter what, no matter where.
