How beautiful a day…
He blessed us to see
Another day of grace
For you and for me.

Another day of new mercies
Another day to get it right
How most precious this is
In our mortal sight

Most thankful we must be
On this auspicious day
For it was God who blessed us
Again, to be on our way.
