Heavenly Father, we lift up our children to you as they go to school. We ask for Your divine protection to surround them like a shield, guarding them from all harm, both seen and unseen. Send Your angels to watch over them in their classrooms, on the playground, and on their way to and from school.

We pray for their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being. Lord, please guard their hearts and minds from negative influences, bullying, and fear. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and remove any anxiety that troubles them.

Grant our children wisdom and discernment. Help them to make good decisions and to choose friends who will build them up and encourage them in Your ways. Bless their minds to absorb knowledge and understanding, and give them the courage to persevere through challenges.

Lord, we also pray for the teachers, staff, and administrators. Give them patience, insight, and grace to guide our children well. We pray that our children will be a light in their school, showing kindness and compassion to everyone they meet.

Remind our children daily that they are loved by You, wonderfully made, and created for a divine purpose. In moments of loneliness, be their friend. In moments of uncertainty, be their anchor. We dedicate this school year to You, trusting that You will bless them with growth, joy, and discovery. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen.
