The condition of your heart
is important indeed
For it lets you know
who truly has the lead

It lets you know
just how compassion is set
Is your heart full of love…
or all times regret?

Is your heart full of
obedience to Almighty God
Or does rebellion
make it feel odd?

If we honestly look at
what’s inside of us
Can we sincerely say
in God we trust?
