Where are those answers
Can someone tell me please?
I’ve spent so many days and nights
On sore yet bended knees
And no answers, not one word
Where is this Jesus in the Bible that I read?
Who performed all sorts of miracles…
Who even raised the dead
Now here I am, so tired and worn
Some days wishing I’d never been born
Then softly came His gentle peace,
My troubled heart found sweet release.
I learned His silence wasn’t “no.”
He never left; He helped me grow.
Though answers came in ways unseen,
His love was there through all the in-betweens.
My Savior heard each whispered plea,
His faithful love carried me.
I’ll trust His hand through joy and strife,
For He alone is hope and life.
So if today your faith feels small,
Keep trusting Him through it all.
For Christ is near, though my eyes couldn’t see;
His perfect love held and rescued me.
