Thought For The Week: This verse gives a clear promise. God is not far away. He is close to you right now. He hears you when you speak to Him with an honest heart.

God is not far away. No matter what situations we are in, even though we may feel alone, we are never lonely. Because God is always near. You do not have to find a special place to reach Him. He hears every quiet prayer. Your voice matters to Him.

When we call on Him in truth. How do we do that? By not hiding our flaws. Tell God the truth about your day, your fears, and your pain. You must come as you are—not wearing any masks. God wants a real relationship. He does not need perfect words. He wants your true heart.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for being close to me today. Help me to be honest when I pray. Calm my fears and let me feel Your peace. Amen.
