*Sunday’s Devotion

Blessed is the man who listens to me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. (Proverbs 8:34 NKJV)

PROVERBS 8 IN ITS ENTIRETY.

Thought For the Week: This verse invites us to treat God’s wisdom like a treasure worth waiting for each morning. True peace comes when we slow down, show up, and quiet our hearts to hear His voice. There is power in showing up. Waiting at the door means making God your priority before the noise of the day starts. Watching at the gates means keeping your eyes open for how He guides us in the small, everyday choices. True blessing is not about rushing ahead. No, it’s about pausing to hear God’s instructions.

Prayer: Lord, teach me how to wait. Help me step away from distractions and meet You at Your doorway each morning. Fill me with Your wisdom so I can walk in Your light today. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
