September just arrived, and here we are two weeks in already! Wow, if time goes any faster, I don’t know what might happen! Talking about collisions! Maybe that’s why we should be thankful for NATIONAL LIVE CREATIVE DAY. Celebrated every September 14 to encourage people to embrace their imagination and bring creativity into their everyday lives. Somebody’s imagination discovered the different dimensions of time.

Speaking of imagination, today we also recognize National Coloring Day. Celebrated annually on this day. It celebrates the stress-reducing and mindful benefits of adding color through crayons, markers, or digital tools. It follows National Coloring Book Day on August 2 by expanding the focus to broader artistic expression and various mediums. This is something for every age from 3 to 103.

These are just two of the 16 celebrations today that include…Gobstopper Day, NATIONAL EAT A HOAGIE DAY, National Sober Day, National Virginia Day, Adopt a Less-Adoptable Pet Week, Malnutrition Awareness Week, Māori Language Week, and National Food Is Medicine Day. Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of imagination and creativity. Help us use the gifts You’ve given us to bring joy, kindness, and beauty into the world. Guide our hearts and minds today, and remind us that every good gift comes from You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
