As I read this, I have been listening to a podcast addressing a teaching by a(n unfortunately) popular teacher saying it’s unnecessary to see Scripture as the final authority of our faith, that the Bible didn’t exist in Jesus’ time (?!), and that we can live out our lives in a new way more “relevant” to today. NOOOoooo! The old way – God’s Word – is eternal, and it is the final authority for our faith.

    1. Amen. Whomever is about teaching that info is just trying to make it easier to fit self-justification and self-gratification. Heaven and earth will pass away but God’s word will stand.
