What if Christians each
were building
In a valley dark as night,
And the Lord was on a
hillside
Looking out for spots of
light?

Would your temple shine
so brightly
He could see from where
He stood?
Are your windows clean
and open
So your light is clear and
good?

Yes, there’s been a
blackout order-
Not from Christ, it’s from
our foe;
Don’t be tricked by sly
deception
Jesus wants your light to
show!
