*Sunday’s Devotion

For many are called, but few are chosen. (Matthew 22:14 NKJV)

Thought For The Week: God extends a universal invitation to His banquet of grace—everyone is called. Yet, the tragic reality is that many make light of it, prioritizing worldly business, farms, or comfort over the King’s invitation. The “few” who are chosen are not selected by chance; they are the ones who accept the invitation, repent, and arrive clothed in the righteousness of Christ rather than their own merit.

Are you merely listening to the call, or are you answering it by surrendering your life to Him? True followers are those who trust and obey, allowing God to lead them, rather than following the patterns of the world or the doctrines of men.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for the invitation to Your kingdom. Help me not to be distracted by the cares of this world. I accept Your call today—clothe me in Your righteousness and make me one of Your chosen, living a life that glorifies You. Amen.
