Give unto the Lord the glory due to His name; worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. (Psalm 29:2)
Thought For The Week: With the world in its present state, glorifying God, worshiping Him, showing Him praise and adoration is something we really need to do now. Right now, because of our circumstances, we are more attuned with asking God for our needs; rather than blessing Him and inviting others to know Him. So for the rest of this week let’s pray prayers of thanksgiving and praise, glorifying God’s holy name.
The word teaches us that He inhabits the praises of His people. (Psalm 22:3) And in this hour that is exactly what we all need.
Prayer: Father, When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? (Psalm 8:3-4) And in all of this You are marvelous and magnificent beyond my description and understanding. Thank you for sending Jesus to help me catch a glimpse of your glory. Thank you for sustaining me and those I love in this hour. I thank you in Jesus’ name. Amen.
