Thought for the Week: What is my mind truly focused on? Wherever your focus is—that’s where your mind is. Yes, we live in a real world with real problems, but God is the great problem solver. We must learn when our thoughts and minds are fixed and settled on God, by faith, that path leads to trusting in Him where He lovingly gives us the gift of divine peace.
Prayer: Father, help me to maintain my focus on You and not be easily distracted by troubles. Let the troubles lead me always to You, the Author and Finisher of my faith. May I continually wear the Helmet of Salvation so Your word will always be before me. Please strengthen and guard my footsteps, as I try navigating through these trying times. In Jesus’ name. Amen.
