Peggy I am so glad you enjoyed this post. And thank you so much for stopping by. Be and stay…
and still, see God?

Have you ever been in a particular situation for so long that you were starting to believe there was just no way out? You tried everything you knew and nothing seemed to work—it only got worse? And your faith is hanging by a thread because you feel as though God has forgotten you or does not see what you are going through. But the word of the Lord teaches us For the eyes of the LORD run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. (2 Chronicles 16:9 NKJV)
The Book of Mark speaks of a woman that was in such a condition: And a certain woman which had an issue of blood twelve years. And had suffered many things of many physicians and had spent all that she had and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse. (Mark 5:25-26 NKJV)

The first thing to notice is the fact that this woman had no name. To me, this suggests that anyone could be in the same predicament; having done the same things. There is a saying, “if you want something done right do it yourself.” It should say “If you want something done right ask God.” It is true that sometimes people will let you down—perhaps not intentionally, but you cannot always depend on them. They are only human and bound to make mistakes or misjudgments. There are just too many variables. Oftentimes when we are in panic mode and try to fix something ourselves, we only make matters worse and prolong the negative effects. When in panic mode you really can’t trust yourself. For it is written Also it is not good for a soul to be without knowledge, And he sins who hastens with his feet. (Proverbs 19:2 NKJV)
She had to look past the guilt and shame of her condition.

The text says When she heard about Jesus…Perhaps she was one of those who heard the news about Him. (Matthew 4:24, 9:31 and Luke 5:15 NKJV) How he had healed various diseases and pains, demoniacs, epileptics, and paralytics. So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. (Romans 10:17 NKJV) After hearing these things desperation turned to determination and hope brought faith and courage to her spirit. Those were the two things she needed to look past the Levitical law that said not only was she unclean but anything or anybody she touched was unclean. (Leviticus 15:25-27 NKJV) She had to look past the guilt and shame of her condition. She had to look past the difficulty of even getting to Jesus because of the crowd. She had to look past fear in order to be able to touch the hem of his garment…When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. (Mark 5:27-34 NKJV)

He didn’t have to even notice her. She was looking for a miracle. All she wanted to do was just get into His presence. Because she realized that Jesus was walking with the power of her healing. At that moment he was Jehovah Rophi—The God That Heals. To her, the anointing of healing permeated His entire being even his clothes.
And when we run into what may seem to be irreparable damage all we need do is simply run into the presence of God. And getting into His presence may require a lot of work—looking past many obstacles that would prevent us from getting there. But we must look past “the stuff” to have a determining faith. And although that faith may be hanging by a thread; we must remember that thread is woven into the hem of His garment— knowing that once we are in His presence we can be made whole. (Psalm 16:11 NKJV)
May the Blessings of the LORD be with you today and always. Thank you so much for your continued readership and support.….Blessings and Peace!
