Verse 4 is what I have called “the most misunderstood verse in the Bible.” Some people were taking it to mean if they buttered up God enough, He’d give them anything they wanted. 🙄 Not at all! It means that if we delight in the Lord, He will instill in our hearts the desires He has for us, namely Himself. So, delight yourself in Jesus, and you’ll get more Jesus! 😊💕
