“I was a stranger and you took me in.”
Synopsis: Hollywood big shot Josh Jenkins sweeps into Belfast to make a movie, but before long his world crashes and he loses everything. Hotel cleaner Lily invites him to stay with her crazy family and gradually the people of this `strange’ city touch his heart forever.

Have you ever fallen from grace to find grace? Josh Jenkins (Emy Aneke) did. This rude and overbearing ex-child movie star is visiting Belfast to scout out possible filming locations for his upcoming movie “City of Trouble” about the people of Belfast while also secretly trying to find his long-lost mother Ruby Jenkins. But at the last minute, all of his financial backers pull out of the project as he is rewriting the movie script. The selection of cast and crew is almost complete while he has run up an enormous hotel bill and all of the money he has he invested in a film that hasn’t even gotten off the ground.
When all this bad news crashes in on his head Josh tries leaving the hotel without paying only to be caught by Marcus, (Ciarán McMenamin) the manager, on video and is embarrassed at the front desk with constant credit card denials. Being served a huge dose of humility he is then tossed out with no place to go. But Lily (Olivia Nash), the same hotel maid he treated so horribly offers him a place to stay in her modest flat with her family Mel (Aoibhinn McGinnity), Grace, and her sons until he can somehow manage to get the money to go back to America.
All of his Hollywood connections keep turning him down but an old girlfriend finally agrees to send him the money. Meanwhile, Josh starts learning things about the family that begins giving him a change of heart. Every time he asks Lily why she is helping him. She keeps quoting scriptures from Matthew 25:35-36 which he thinks are lines from some movie script. And while working on his rewrite at the house little Grace (Savanna Burney Keatings) passes out. They rush her to the emergency room only to find out that she has a serious heart condition that requires immediate surgery at a cost the family just cannot afford. Josh comes up with the idea of a dance-a-thon to help raise the money. But even with the money from the dance-a-thon and other generous donations they still come up short.
Will Josh find his mother? Will he find out Lillie’s family secrets? And will Grace get her life-saving surgery? You will just have to watch the movie to find out.

We give Grace and Goliath
Grace and Goliath is a light-hearted breath of fresh air movie that is very well-directed, acted, and produced with some beautiful locations. The script has a fluidity that effectively connects each character while slightly shifting to the romantic. A heartfelt film and especially the surprise ending will bring you to tears. Grab a box of tissue. This film stresses the importance of family. When we live our lives according to God’s word lives can be miraculously transformed even if it is just one soul at a time.
