THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK: Christians have accepted Christ as our personal Lord and Savior, we have surrendered our lives to the will of God. We must be strenuous and diligently pursuing the things of God as He has prescribed in His word. Material possessions have no meaning for us because we know our real treasures are in heaven. Just as we have spared nothing in our sacrifices to God; we must not hold anything back when we have the opportunity of providing for others. We cannot hold back provisions just for ourselves, but we must share the overflow of our bounty with those who are needy.

Prayer: Most Gracious Father, we lay down our lives to walk in the path of righteousness. We will give without sparing and love without expecting anything in return. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
