God’s searching eyes,
they look all around
He knows just where
righteous people are found.

He keeps a watch,
over those who trust
He always looks out
for everyone of us.

God’s hearing ears,
are ready to receive
the beseeching prayers
of those who believe.

He hears the cries,
of those treated unfair
to their suffering
He’s more than aware.

God’s searching eyes,
are on the upright . . .
but, He turns them from
those who evil incite!

1 Peter 3:12

For the eyes of the Lord
are over the righteous,
and his ears are open
unto their prayers:
but the face of the Lord
is against them that do evil.
