Since the two hurricanes, people have faced so much lost and devastation. Some were facing these losses before the hurricanes even came. For all of those in these areas we send up a special prayer today…

Dear Lord, I lift those up today who are sick, suffering or facing hardships. Please bring Your comfort, peace, and strength into their lives. You are the Great Healer, and I ask that You touch their, minds, bodies and spirits with Your healing power. Please let them experience Your presence in a real and tangible way. Father please guide them through their pain and grant them the grace to persevere. Surround them with Your love and support. Remind them that You are with them even in their darkest moments. Help them to find hope in You as You reinforce their faith. Let them know that You are a God who brings restoration and healing. In Jesus’ name, amen.
