Thought For The Week: Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you asked God to please show you the way? And as you were just riding along in the car, you were struck by the beauty of the scenery, whether it was a beautiful forest, mountains high, or even an ocean’s horizon. In that moment, you felt a sense of peace and comfort that can only come from God. In that one moment, you realized that Jesus was right there with you, guiding you towards the path He planned for you.

It can be so easy to miss Jesus when we are so preoccupied with the cares of this world. But when we stop and take notice of all the beauty around us, we can experience the presence of God in new and profound ways.

We must strive to recognize Jesus in our midst, even in the most unexpected places. This requires openness to the leading of the Holy Spirit and a willingness to step outside our comfort zones. And when we do this, we will discover a deeper experience and connection to Christ and renewed sense of purpose and meaning for our lives.

Prayer: Loving Father, help us to recognize You in our midst. May we have eyes to see the beauty of Your creation and ears to hear Your voice speaking to us. May we be open to the leading of the Holy Spirit, willing to step out in faith and explore the paths You have set before us. Thank You for always being with us, even in the most mundane moments of our lives. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
