Seek God first
It will satisfy your thirst
Seek Him first while you can
For answers lie not in mortal man

Once you realize who you are
You won’t have to search very far
Just look deep inside your heart
That makes a beautiful start

Seek His word to get an understanding
Then you will find yourself landing …
In places you never knew existed
Things you often wondered that weren’t listed …

On the pages of unlearned minds
Revelations to the spirits of His kingdom kind …
That places you on a path of peace
Where you finally get the release …

Into that place of freedom you always wanted
While the enemy kept you taunted …
Not because you were wrong, but because you were right
For trying to escape existence’s plight

Now no longer bound …
The real TRUTH can be found
And no matter how hard the fight
You are guarded by the light …

Of He who created all things
So let freedom ring
From the hilltops to the valleys below …
And let His truth shine through wherever you go.
