Conclusion
Last week we learned…As children of God, we are in a constant battle — the mind is our battlefield. The desire for transformation, renewing our minds, places us in a battle where Satan constantly wages war. And that war is waged by using subtle and absolute distractions.
Some of you have been battling with strongholds of your mind that are so intense that God has to send a fresh anointing to destroy that thing in your mind. This is why discernment is so important. If you want victory or deliverance, just set it in your mind why you already have the victory … For as he thinks in his heart, so is he. (Proverbs 23:7 NKJV)

Now you are walking in God’s purpose instead of failures of the past! One of satan’s oldest playbook games is reminding us of our past mistakes, trying to convince us that we’ve failed God, and since we failed God—God will fail us. But God reminds us, “Behold, I am the Lord, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for Me? (Jeremiah 32:27 NKJV)
Then Paul reminds us…forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. (Philippians 3:13-14 NKJV) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. (2 Corinthians 5:17 NKJV) Then from the Old Testament, the prophet emphasizes…You will keep him in perfect peace, Whose mind is stayed on You, Because he trusts in You. (Isaiah 26:3 NKJV)
When you get your mind back, the enemy has to give back all that cankerworm took away.(Joel 1:4 KJV) Then you’ll be dancing like David! (2 Samuel 6:14 NKJV)

And always remember every gift that God gave us is wrapped up in the fact that we must focus on Him. God gave you the gift of discernment (Malachi 3:16-18 NKJV) and the helmet of salvation (Ephesians 6:17a NKJV) so that He can lock it in your mind. Keep your affection on the things above, not here on this earth—the things here are temporal and just like us will one day perish.
By keeping your affection on things above,” means to place your mind and thoughts on them, to show favor towards them, and to be affectionately desirous of them. Therefore, keep your eyes on the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus, and you will no longer be distracted.
Thank you so much for your continued readership and support. Until next week…Blessings and Peace!
