Conclusion
Faith knows that God’s Word is true and cannot be overridden.
Last week Yoda challenged Luke to raising his X-wing starfighter out of the swamp. To where Luke Skywalker felt it was impossible. That’s when Yoda told him he must unlearn what he’d learned. And Jesus says, “Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move .” (Matthew 17:20)

To Yoda’s dismay, Luke then tries raising his ship but fails. In his failure, Luke tells him, “I can’t…It’s too big…You want the impossible!” And walks away. A lot of times we look at our troubles in the same manner, when we are overwhelmed, as being too big. Instead of facing them head-on, we want to either dance around them or just walk away. Simply because we have a defeated attitude before the battle begins.

But if we could only see through our troubles with the eyes of faith, perhaps our perspective would be different in our minds. When faith looks into a situation it does not see it from a negative perspective. The eyes of faith see the supernatural wisdom and assistance. Faith knows that God’s Word is true and cannot be overridden.
Where is your level of faith? Is it consistent? Is your faith diligently seeking God? To build your most holy faith, you have to hold on to your faith no matter the circumstances. You must hold on to your faith whether times are good or bad. If you have wishy-washy faith how can you expect anything from God? (James 1:6-8 NIV)
To Luke’s surprise, Yoda then raises his X-wing starfighter out of the swamp. Thus proving the task was not impossible. Just as Jesus healed the man’s son. Luke then says, “I don’t believe it! To which Yoda replies, “That is why you fail.” Just as Jesus told the disciples, “Because you have so little faith.” That was the reason they could not heal the man’s son. That is why they failed.
Listen, you may not be able to raise a Jedi X-wing starfighter out of a swamp. But you can lift your mindset out of the Swamp of Unbelief to the Limitless Plains of Belief, with prayer, obedience, fasting, and unwavering faith. It may not happen overnight, but if you remain persistent and diligent it will come to pass. Why? Because God is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him. (Hebrews 11:6 NKJV)
Thank you for your continued support and readership. Have a great week! Until next week…Blessings and Peace!

Yes, there are spiritual lessons in Star Wars, but be careful as Lucas was heading into Buddhism which eventually contaminates the saga.😉

Thank you for you comment. But I am sure that many of us are familiar with the Star Wars Sagas and for the newbies they would only grasp the positive spiritual implications of this specifie segment of the film. Although a seasoned theologian I do not brandish my knowledge on that wise. Just trying to encourage the readers of this site, Which is the only motive I’ve ever had. I don’t read others sites to critique them but to see what inspirations they might hold. Be and stay blessed!
